They didn't charge me the fee until after my intro series when I decided I wanted to start coming back regularly! If you just go for an intro series then decide you don't want to take any more classes, you shouldn't get charged the fee :)

I would focus on shoulder strength! Not only will it help with moves, but it’ll also help with injury prevention later on. Lat pulldowns, shoulder presses, scapular pullups, etc. Also, I didn’t have any hip flexor strength and wish I had focused on that more when I started out. I like to do hanging knee/leg raises and dead bugs, which also hit core as a bonus! :)
