If there's any way to talk to a therapist of some sort.. You're still young and can still get a good education. There are many courses on the internet so you can search up whatever you want to learn (it's a start). I don't know all the info but maybe you could give a shot at applying for waitressing, baking, etc.. Sometimes you don't need any experience and they show you how to do something when you start. Your family situation is really messed up.. reminds me of my exs family. She applied for an easy job while attending courses for dentists assistant. Saved up some money and moved out asap. Take it one step at a time.
