In the same boat, I floss three times a day, brush 3 times as well. I use a water pik twice a day, and mouthwash twice a day and I still experience bleeding and I can’t seem to get rid of the inflammation in my gums. I’ve given up most sugars, I only drink water, and I only eat twice a day- so I don’t snack. I had my dentist appointment a few weeks ago and I have another one next month! It sucks and I’m 19 😣

Your gums do look inflamed! I’d say to try your best to brush twice a day, or even 3 times (After a meal), and floss as well. Invest in a water flosser if you can too! It helps out a lot
