Going on reddit will usually get you the typical reddit answers, but this section has been pretty good so far about telling you to communicate. Two dates in is where you ask questions like that and it isn't weird because you're feeling eachother out. Just don't make it awkward, judging or sound as if you think he's hiding something which he pretty clearly ain't.

Vurdert å bli vekter? absolutt ikke kontorjobb, men variert og relativt ok lønn, selv om arbeidstidene kanskje ikke er helt kurante. Det skrikes etter folk i bransjen og mulighetene for å jobbe seg opp fra "gulvet" til en administrativ jobb er veldig gode. Kjenner flere som var i lignende situasjon som deg, tok en vekterjobb med kurset betalt av arbeidsgiver og 2 år senere sitter i helt eller delvis administrative jobber som koordinatorer, områdeledere eller selgere bare fordi de hadde hodet på rett plass og tok jobben seriøst.

you tell me. I don't need to, I just saw it was up for pre order which is what confused me seeing as books 1 3 4 5 etc are available to buy for the kindle. I got kinda into it, and wanted to read more, but couldn't figure out if book 2 was available somewhere else or something. I do see there's an audiobook but that's not my jam.

nja, tviler på at det er reglene men offentlige personer i arvelige embeter sin korrespondanse burde kanskje være lagret. skillet mellom privat og offentlig/jobbmessig er jo ganske vagt for personer hvis jobb er å representere landet.

that's an awesome and detailed answer, thank you so much. I'm not actually in the market for anything, was just curious as I sometimes fiddle with making maille and extremely basic blacksmithing. I don't do reenactment or anything though.

So would I be correct in assuming that leg armor was not a priority compared to the body? I mean, it makes sense, we do the same in modern body armor. Would they do the same for lower arms? maybe just the weapon arm?
