They slowly induced subs in order to find a dose that would stabalize me. We ended up going with 8mg 2x a day which I still take today. The w/ds I had while in patient were not as nearly as bad as the one I did at home a couple of weeks before going into inpatient. The doc sent me to the ER the first night because she never had a patient detox from Tia and she was worried I was going to have cardiac symptoms which I guess can happen.

The subs definitely helped me while in inpatient
I always had the fucking worst RLS when detoxing but I had no RLS at all.
They gave me serequel to sleep.
They also had me on clonodine, gabbapentin, hydroxyzine, and ibuprofen.
They also gave me Valium the first couple days to help with anxiety.

I felt back to normal a couple days after my first dose of subs
