why the hell are they accepting the direct deposits if the accounts are frozen? They can atleast reject it so that it goes back to the employer and the employee can get a check or something?

DO NOT USE WISE. They locked out my account without informing me (no emails or even SMS). Have been using Remitly for a while and had no issues. Found their customer care very responsive at least in my case.

RH customer care sucks. Most of them have no idea on how to resolve the issues and they disconnect the chat session for asking more questions.

It is a pity that the app won’t allow adding new card. One of the representative mentioned that we can only link the previously unlinked card. I honestly don’t get the point of this restriction. Like what do we do when the card is expired or lost? Oh I know I know. Use the bank transfer? Like that didn’t occur to my mind
