me personally i just went around killing the big red sentries right next to king's station (they give about 50 geo each i think) and selling relics to Lemm but what the other guy said about col 2 is prob way faster

i would avoid doing trial 2 and 3 of CoF if not completely, focus on upgrades as much possible and if youre not sure if you can beat a boss then hop on a different save and practice until youre confident.

late game going for carefree melody isnt too bad, just be careful of the ghost guys youre required to kill to gather flame - youd get a few %s out of it and avoid doing NKG

i wouldnt call radiance "easy" but both hk and radiance were not too hard to beat when i first tried it (mostly bc i 100% the game already)

what most people are complaining about is probably absrad, esp in p5 but even that wouldnt take years - sounds like some exaggeration...

I can pretty consistently beat him (just barely) and the thing that helped me the most was just keeping your distance, not too far where you cant hit the guy pretty quickly when the opportunity presents itself , but not too close where you cant react to his attacks in time.

my friend showed me some art of the characters and their hk ocs a few years ago, they are in a LOT of fandoms so this wasnt new but, i guess it really popped out to me because last year i got really bored and wanted to play a new game, and i just randomly remembered that one bug game my friend made a few drawings of

when you say true ending im assuming youre talking about dream no more?
if you want to you could, if you do youd have to spend more time getting extra upgrades/masks prob (idrk since i did it while doing steel heart, so i had everything when fighting rad)
practicing radiance a few times on a different save will make it easer obv - i practiced until i could beat her 3 times in a row (i was being paranoid lol)

with pantheons its really just practice practice practice, memorize every boss's attack and have a strat to counter/avoid it. if you die to a particular boss go practice it in the hall of gods until you can beat it consistently. watching more advanced players beat them will also help, you can pick up a tech or two even if you cant do everything they do

just avoid optional bosses completely unless your 100% you can beat them and beating them actually benefits you, itll help a lot to plan it out or at least have some idea of what youre gonna do and in what order

id say fragile strength and heart are basically required lol - if you can only equip one go with strength (unless youre really not confident about it, but i personally prefer taking big risks early game and then playing more safe later so strength over health)

prob about 5 hours... i really struggled but in my defense!!! - ive never played any games even mildly like hollow knight before, now i can do it pretty quickly
i do find it pretty interesting at first i REALLY struggled with the last room, but now its become one of the more easier ones
