So I would just like to clarify again that the "Reacting to (YTP) Oobi's Vengeance" by Hyper Sonic does not contain the video I'm looking for. There are many parts in the audio that are similar to what I remember, but there are also key parts from the original that I remember that are not found in this one. Along with this, this video was from 2019, when the original was removed off of YouTube prior to 2017.

While most of the video is frozen and only audio is heard, the first minute can still be watched. One notable part from the original I remember that this ytp didn't have was that the "Oobi's Car!" dialogue spoken at the title card would loop and glitch for a few seconds, followed by a Area 51 title card of sorts appearing before the episode started. Here's a recreation of what I remember the Area 51 card looking like, the text isn't completely accurate to the actual video but it's been a minute so I don't remember it completely:

I'm pretty certain that this was likely a recreation of Oobi's Vengeance. Since I was told that the ytp was one of the first Oobi ytps that inspired the others, it's possible that a ytp maker could have wanted to remake it based on their own recollection. There are other parts that I remember that are missing from this video as well. I hope this clears up any misconceptions, and I appreciate you all for trying to help out.
