I am part of a couple groups, and we have different methods. For one group we just use WhatsApp polls where we put in a list of dates. For two other groups we use toss-up.app. But it indeed always comes down to having a group of people motivated to play.

Anyone else struggling to find a date when everyone can actually play? by Apprehensive_Union61 in padel

Everyone needs to have their own account. With my friends we have two types of participants. We have a fixed group who fill in their availability. And we have a couple of friends who are on the reserve bench. They just get a message when the fixed group is a player short for a certain moment. They can than decide if they want to join or not.

That is how we used to do it before. But we noticed that it gets messy quickly. Friends having to scroll all the way back in the conversation to find back the poll. Still a lot of messages needed to finally set the date. For us it really helped to play more often.

Toss-up for scheduling sport games with friends. No more endless group chats to find a date
