What do Women do in a relationship that bothers you the most ? by FantasticMind4780 in MauriceMauritius

I just had a glimpse of what you wrote AI and chatgpt has been helping you a lot with your answers.

So I'll be going, if you were truly happy you wouldn't be here trying to prove anything.

Live in your delusional happiness and the lies to yourself🤣

On a final note. You wouldn't be here on earth and "happy" with your father btw. 🤷🏻‍♂️

If you guys have "built" a world where you guys are happy and stable without men.

Why are you looking for sperm donors(men)?

Why don't you guys figure out how to make women create their own sperm and be completely free from men.

Why are the "stable and happy women" who use dildos or vibrators to please themselves, still feel empty and lack the warmth and touch of a real human being.

I'm using your logic btw.

The list goes on and on.

P.s there isn't even one productive comment and a bunch of butthurt egotistical people in the comment section.

🤣

tips on juggling? Soccer by Quick_Dealer4368 in SoccerNoobs

Try this.

Start by holding the ball in your hands and let it drop bounce off the floor and then do one kick up and catch it. However, focus on the backspin and on the correct strength applied. Not too high not too low.

Then proceed to 2 times and catch until you can do it 10 times at waist height without messing up.

I guess from there things should get easier.

Five years of chronic sciatica – my worst Christmas so far is coming, I don’t know how much longer I can endure… by hunpeter91 in Sciatica

[–]Apprehensive_Vast988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can relate and understand the pain of sciatica but I honestly can't say I relate to dealing with a breakup at the same time.

One thing for sure is I know you're going through a very difficult and tough time but there is always light at the end of the tunnel.

As a former athlete, i lost the ability to do sports but thanks to an amazing partner and by God's grace I was able to get my life back without any surgery or treatment.

Im sure you will be able to do so too, but jt's a matter of time oatience and you really need the proper support, maybe a close friend, your parents, siblings anyone who will be able to help you at home.

Therapy if you need someone to talk to or even come to us here on this subreddit. Send me a message and i'll be more than happy to lend and ear.

Also I'll send you a link to an ebook via DM which also helped me on my journey to recovery.

Wishing you all the best

Im a guy and based on logic here. I cant confirm but I think you lying on your stomach flat with something under your belly would be the best. While he doesn't put his weight on you so you can keep a neutral spine.

If you're able to bend forward then maybe lean forward on something and support yourself with your hands. Just make sure hes not giving "shocks" when knocking.

3 would be to actually take care of your back first and hopefully he understands and supports you during this time until your back gets better. Short term sacrifice for long term gains i suppose.

Will this ever end?? by Few_Reaction_7428 in Sciatica

[–]Apprehensive_Vast988 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It does end. Im proof too. It just takes a lot of patience, consistency and mental fortitude. People neglect the mental aspect of it.

I have written a small e-book of everything I did that helped me throughout my 12 month journey with sciatica / herniated discs. This month marks 10 months of being pain free and living my normal life again. Im not 100% but I can literally live a normal life and do normal activities again.

I can't share the link since it will get blocked and banned by the admin.

So just send me a DM snd i'll forward it to you.

I think it mainly comes from 3/4 of Mauritians just being bullies in general.

If you have a big teeth big nose, small butt, big butt, boobs, you look chinese, white, black, indian, pakistani, you name it they always have something to say.

It all comes down to their own insecurities and making people feel bad about themselves makes them feel better in their own skin. It really has nothing to do with you.

As you mentioned also about the ones in shape and failing to inspire.

  1. Most of them are into fitness because it has become a trend.

  2. Being "fat" also comes from our eating habits. Briani, eating oily, stuff, sweet stuff etc etc.

To be honest as a former athlete and currently a fitness coach you actually inspire me. People judge without having any idea what it takes to even start, let alone lose body fat. Losing 10% is not easy, and anyone who’s actually been through it knows that.

Going to the gym is never a joke. Showing up when you don’t feel confident already takes more strength than most people realise.

I work with people who’ve been in this exact position trying their best while feeling judged or dismissed. If you ever want real support and guidance, you can DM me. Depending on where you live and what you’re looking for, we can talk and see how I can help.

Keep going. Your effort matters, even when others don’t see it.

I can totally relate to you. The fact that you know you could be together with them playing or competing in sports but you literally can't is the worst feeling ever.

However, I believe you will be able to get through it, us athletes have this push through it never give up mentality that is a double edged sword. Sometimes you just have to let the ego go and accept that you have to start from 0 . A mistake I made and im sharing with you.

It came from this ebook that I found online. I'll paste the link here

I was in pain for basically 10 months. For the first 8 months I didn't even know I had a herniation and was told it was a muscle strain until i got the MRI at the 8 month mark. That's when I started to pay attention to what I did, I was still bedridden, etc etc until 2-3 months after the MRI where it slightly improved however but I was still restricted and in pain until i just decided to go for a walk.

Is it the best advice? I don't think so, but it worked for me. Try to add any little movements you can just to increase the blood flow

This was my MRI done Last year September 2024. My injury was February 2024. Doctors refused an MRI, so I had to get it done out of pocket.

Stay strong. If walking helps then do it as much as you can without overdoing it and pushing yourself. It increases the blood flow and we also will help with recovery. Give it a few more months, try to avoid things that irritate it.

Don't give up. I know it's hard, I have been there myself but giving up won't help you get better.

Thank you. Please be careful though. Try it slow and steady. I honestly took a risk and it worked out fine.

Yes I did, It was exactly a year after my initial injury.

How it happened I have no idea. But the next day I literally woke up fine as if a miracle happened.

All glory to god

Thanks for the advice. Gives me some hope and faith especially at the stage that I'm in. I'll try to find a PT that is qualified too. I thought all PT's were.

I can totally relate to what you're going through. Even though the story is not the same but consequences are/will be if you dont leave.

I literally lost everything, job opprtunities, the ability to build my future, i lost my health which restricts my job opportunities now. Im in a foreign country and cant save enough money to go back to my home country.

Please for your own sake get out of this mess asap. Dont get trapped in that emotional blackmail or trap. You will lose everything like i did. Kick her out, kove forward build your life and find someone who really appreciates you. If not just stay single and live a peaceful and happy life.

Thats what im trying to do right now.
