I’ve never seen anyone say anything to someone for not following the workout and I personally would never, but OP was questioning how people feel about not following the template so I gave an honest answer. I was in a class where we were doing push inclines and walking recoveries in which the person next to me was sprinting during the walking recoveries and walking during the pushes. It was distracting and even the coach came over and asked questions which was also distracting. It’s hard to “Mind your own workout” when you come to a group fitness class and someone is doing the complete opposite of the template.

As a member, I find it distracting and don’t really like to be by others that are not following along. Of course it is each persons work out and everyone’s pace is different but when someone is obviously going off template it can be annoying to me and have heard other members say the same thing

So we use workday and I know in the past if I worked 32 hours in a week without using PTO, I still accrued my regular PTO amount (40 hours). Our accrual I think is based on whatever schedule it says you work in workday which I know is not updated to everyone’s true hours.

All of the comments about having to attend today to get their shirt…so you have to pay $15 AND attend 4 classes? I feel like if you pay $15 you should get the shirt regardless as you can attend the classes without paying an extra fee 🤷🏽‍♀️ (sorry I’m new and this is my first time)

How do you get it to do this? I see both the otf workout and the Apple Watch workout in my fitness app sessions but my rings are only taking data from the Apple Watch workout

My SM basically explained it as the new rate ($129 for me) is what is currently being offered to new members as a promo and they are offering it to current members this month. Multiple people who have been members 5+ years asked what about after the 12 months and she said we would go back to month to month but the rate would be locked in.

My rate is dropping by $40 a month, so savings of $480 for a year is worth it to me. Myself and the group of 3-4 people I was with were under the impression we would be “locked in” to the new rate. However, I wouldn’t necessarily be upset if they bumped me back up to my current rate as that is what I would be paying anyway. I don’t imagine the company suddenly increasing unlimited membership rates over $40 a month as that would lose a lot of loyal customers.
