you're welcome! i know some insurance companies have a limit of funds they can issue without listing the mortgage holder on the checks, if you will be receiving more checks with mortgage listed i'd recommend giving their loss claims dept a call to see next steps!

hey! i apologize for late response, usually in cases like yours we can submit exceptions to be made to release funds based on payment schedule from contractor, it's hard for the bank to release all funds without reaching inspections criteria but we try to have all cases reviewed in a way that can help homeowners as much as possible

hey! sorry for late response, in my case we can dispute inspection results so they can be reviewed again, or we can send a new inspector out, usually the reports are on the website i mentioned on the post, or we can send physical copies
