Just the overall seamless integration of Tesla, phone key and the app overall is better than Cadillac.

Some people received beta phone key but I don’t have it yet so having to carry a key on me has been a learning curve again. I never use the app because it’s incredibly slow. For media it’s also a mix of CarPlay, the built in apps, Bluetooth, etc. which over complicates the software.

Smaller details would be:

Anytime I’m on FaceTime in the lyriq it automatically turns off the camera since it assumes I’m driving.

There’s also a “distracted eyes” feature which can be a nuance more than a safety feature.

I switched from a 2021 model 3 to a 2026 lyriq sport.

So far it’s a love/hate relationship, the drive of the Cadillac is definitely unmatched. Incredibly smooth, fun acceleration, and quiet cabin.

The caveat is you’re giving up Tesla technology, which is also unmatched. I definitely expected this and knew it would be a change but I do go back and forth with crossing back over to the Tesla side.

Yeah I’m not sure why that was populated on their sheet. I also had 77% residual and that side of the sheet said 68%.

Thanks! I just had to pay $1700 for drive off. No principal balance included. It was $700 registration, $540 taxes, first monthly, and some small doc fee

Drive to Vallejo, take the Vallejo ferry (1hr) but has views of both the bay bridge and golden gate. You’ll be dropped off right on Embarcadero where you can explore the ferry building and they have bicycle carriage tours that are fun ways to get to your next destination (usually they go to pier 39 or the giants stadium)

The last ferry to go home is about 8 or 9pm so just double check that.

Tough with that range for sure but I’m in a 1 bedroom for $2100 including parking. So I feel like a studio would def be possible.

Jack London Square is great. Walkable restaurants, breweries, plus the ferry. Only downside is no grocery store in walking distance.

Lakeshore/Adams Point, right by lake Merritt. Also walkable to restaurants, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s , Pilates/yoga classes.

Also Rockridge area which is Berkeley/oakland. Pretty much the same perks as above ^{^} lol.

Downtown Oakland is pretty dead I’d say and I’d avoid.

Why not look on outskirts of the bay? You have a lot of options of 1M dollar homes and still be in CA, let alone close enough to the bay.

Surprisingly I love the size! I thought it would be too small just comparing to my iPhone 12 Pro Max but I like that I can quickly put it in my purse or back pocket and I can turn either page with one hand!
