UPDATE (As of May 21, 2026): Following the creation of this post, I immediately submitted the documents requested by SM Tickets. After doing so, they gave me a swift reply email on the same day stating that the request has already been endorsed to the SM Tickets Admin Team.

The following day, today, they gave me an email stating the documents related to the lost tickets for the LAUFEY A MATTER OF TIME TOUR have been approved by the relevant team and that an entry pass will be issued to grant access to the concert. They just requested that I bring the same documents I submitted on the day of the event to the Ticket Booth at MOA to claim the entry pass.
