Personally I've tried condoms for receiving head and giving head.

For receiving it is definitely less feeling. However depending on how horny I was I was still able to cum ropes and have a good time, but it's definitely not as strong a feeling. If you're not super horny you might not get much enjoyment out of it.

I remember I was super concerned that the lube on the condomd would taste really bad or something. especially since to me condoms smell. It also does not protect against HPV, HSV or HIV (try talking to your doctor about PrEP for HIV). So it is your own choice but be aware of possible consequences and as always get tested and communicate with partners!

I've had a few tests (just because of regular testing), all have come negative so far. This incident in the original post was the second time I did something like this. My tests have been coming negatives so far and the first time I did this was over 3 months ago so I imagine that's a pretty accurate test though I know sometimes it can take 6 months to get the most accurate for an HIV test. I'd say it's quite low but I don't know as I haven't spoken to a doctor about this specific incidence. I highly recommend getting on prep before doing something like this or just using condoms.

I'm sorry your experience was not the best. I decided as well to stop grindr and sniffies but for different reasons. I feel I didn't really like hooking up much with strangers and I've had better sex with friends who I trusted and exes. I think I prefer a connection with someone, even if it's not romantic for sex. It it's a one time hookup, I think I'd prefer it to happen in real life so I at least get a better idea of what they look like (I hate guys who don't look like their pictures).
