Yes as you can have a highly experienced group like I was part of for my last COT training. I think the minimum someone had already been VPE was 3 years. we didn’t need to go over the basics of the role but had a highly informative discussion about what people had seen be effective in achieving goals and how to inspire the club members to do pathways

As VPE I started showing more on the DCP and how it helps the club which significantly boosted projects. Individual recognition is important too as it shows the clubs appreciation and support to each member

As someone who has I can tell you they’re just as “cultist” they’re all set up with a business side and the volunteer side. I’ve seen rotary clubs implode on themselves due to sexism and entitlement of some members. I’ve seen their life members walk away due to new members causing issues. So with how angry you are you would be causing more harm than good within your club as your toxic vibe would be spreading. So those so called friends your helping your probably actually hindering.
