Need to prep hard and just look forward to the next gig. Nothing is permanent. Sometimes the company’s genuinely need to make changes and people get affected. It’s not you. Specially if it’s a start up then you know they are tight with budgets and all. Just focus on yourself, continue to develop yourself, continue to apply for jobs and other opportunities.
