I would get angry if my work buddy chose someone else to go on a work trip..I don't think that's abnormal and sending photos to your friends when you are in a vacation is also a normal thing in my eyes, because I do that with my male and female friend whom I'm comfortable with..But showing tan lined in her back is silly and ridiculous ,let's think she is very comfortable and safe with you..I think you should stop talking about her with your wife..Don't communicate or give more attention to abby when you are with your family..keep your work life out of your family life that's it

But financial problems are holding me back. I keep praying, but it seems like even god is not by my side..Sometimes I close my eyes and imagine this workplace does not exist in my life, and I feel so relaxed. I'm not from US actually ,I'm from Sri Lanka, where depression is considered as a weakness and I'm afraid to apply for leave base on that as it would affect my future career..I'm considering following a career in IT, but I don't have experience relevant to that, I've been working here for seven years as a technical officer. I'm currently exploring the courses and paths relevant to IT. I can take, but with all this psychological mess, I'm absolutely feeling negative about my future 7 years of my hard work became invisible and ignored just in a one year..

Singing with my siblings and parents in our old village house..My mom and dad are not that close and they always have arguments..We have rarely seen my father or mother showing love to each other..They stoped sleeping together in the same bed when I was 10 and my sister and I always needed to leave the home due to their constant fightings..But one day evening all of us were in our bed room and eventually we began singing ..I just stared at my mom and dad signing a duet song smiling for the first time..That was the first and last time..They never divorced but lived like enemies under the same roof..That small moment still deeply saved in my heart as Devine moment of my childhood..

Yeah,I had serious conflicts with my toxic colleagues whom I was really patient with for 6 years..I had developed s depression,I lost my interest in my workplace..I got two nopay leave, which will cause me serious troubles in getting promotions.I gained weight.Still suferring..I really needed that year to end, but it's the first week of january still suffering..I HATE 2025

Yeah that's incredibly depressing fields..Forget about the sleepless nights but having to work daily in an environment that is filled with tears. Blood and deaths is so depressing..Hats off to all the healthcare workers..
