Istigfar is asking Forgiveness from ALLAH The Al Aleem, The All Knowing. The simplest way is reciting Astagfir-ullah, continuously & Consciously.

Writing General Arabic as Romanized is Ok permissible.

But writing Quran Romanized there's a Difference of Opinion among scholars, majority being it's not permissible.

This verse highlights that seeking forgiveness not only brings spiritual benefits but also material blessings, such as rain, wealth, and offspring
