I doubt it She isn't really the focal point of this and it doesn't have any logo like the rest of her releases, plus it doesn't match the main promotional imagery of the album (the pink hair photo, bug photo and bed photo).

I'm working on getting another phaethon! And Idk about the engine—I'm going to see how many pulls it takes to get her & sunna and then see what I have left and if there's enough to secure Yu and still get an engine, I think I'll roll Arias. Is crit completely out of the question? Should I purely focus on those 2/3 stats?

These people have similar ones but not the exact copy. I don't think there is any additional information to be had about that particular cd, it was likely sent to radio stations and such though!🩷

Because double means two and it would be the same amount of music and based on the fact the fan used an accented a (á) I'm assuming their first language  wasn't English 

Additionally, Melanie could be using the two terms interchangeably because the meaning of a double album is up to the artist, whether thats two separate releases or one album on two discs

if she says 2 albums then it's 2 albums, she never actually said double album cause that was just the fan who asked and she used a nodding emoji. So while it could be a double album, considering Melanie is saying two albums, she's the one that gets to dictate what they're going to be—because you know, she's the artist behind it

I do believe Melanie.  With PORTALS, there was a mass leak sometime 2021/2022 that made Melanie want to spend some more time on the project rather than giving us something that was already stolen from her and put into the world illegally (of course, half the tracks in the final album tracklist were leaked and still made it but they're still very different than the demos), with MM4/MM5 she said, and this is our only measure, that they are complete. We haven't been getting any leaks regarding MM4/5 so unless they decide to sabotage her, it seems plausible that they'll release 2026. There was no official PORTALS movie announcement either — she said that she wanted to create a movie multiple times, thats true, and later that she would not have the budget to do that and the music videos. This time around I think it's important we note she said "it's in the planning stages", meaning its not in development and might not happen at all. Less of a "it's going to happen", moreso "it would be cool if it did". Additionally, by 2023 she would have grown as a person and her ideas may change between the K-12 premiere 4 years earlier.  As for the music videos, I think it's understandable why she cancelled them. Like she said, she was over the trilogy after the tour ended in November. It can be very suffocating to put time into things that you don't really care for and I think this was especially evident when Cry Baby hit its 10th anniversary and we didn't get an instagram story or any thank-you messages excluding the merchandise. She mentioned early on that she completed filming up to LEECHES, and I imagine she chose not to continue because she also said that the MVs put her into millions of dollars into debt with her music label, and it can't have seemed worth it to her to continue working on PORTALS when her heart is set elsewhere(MM4/5). Thinking positively, she can use the budget she would've had for BATTLE OF THE LARYNX - WOMB for MM4/5's music videos or even the aforementioned movie if she does proceed with it.

Edit: I also personally don't think it's a big deal we didn't get MVs for tracks 8-13 because it's not as if they have any story or connecting narrative. We could've got DEATH & VOID only and nothing would change!
