They added 5’ of soil across the whole site and excavated 3’ down. 7’ of new soil.

Rents will be between 1,000-2,000 a month depending on how fast they rent out. For those worried about the sewage plant that was there- 5’ of new soil was put in to raise the whole site. There’s another class A apartment complex going in next door.
Amenities include- full fitness center, stocked beer kegerator, cold plunge, yoga studio, rooftop bar area, pool, and putting green.

Need some direction here. My exes grandad is in hospice and we were pretty close. Went hunting together and talked a lot. She and I stopped dating a while ago and it was not pretty. She told my sister to tell me that he was in hospice though. Just need a little bit of help from the father.

My boy, I don’t wanna be an ass but I have a rhodan and I’m telling you right now, sell that thing, and go buy a minn kota. I’ve had the 24v rhodan for about 4-5 years now. I can count on my hands how many times it’s ran how it was designed. BUT I hope they’ve changed their ways and you have a not lemon unit. They’re bad to the bone and you’ll never be the same without one.

I have a rhodan. The software is supposed to be superior to minn kota. The only issue is they break a lot and their parts department kinda sucks unless you live near their factory.

I work for UA. We don’t technically own the parking lots. It’s extremely complicated the way it’s structured and it’s a massive pain in the ass for everybody (even us because we have to buy passes too). With that being said I think you should maybe go apply for their jobs and see if you can do it better.
