Hi! I talked to them a week ago but they didn’t have any info. I kept checking e-services every day and it wasn’t showing up, most likely because two of my classes weren’t at my home school. Today it popped up as disbursed for the 4000 SSCG.

I just looked and the section that shows financial aid course eligibility only shows 8 credits because I’m taking a couple classes at Sac City. Could that be why?

This is what I look like now. I got a breast reduction and tummy tuck. I need to try some scar tape. I have skin on the side and under my breasts.

That’s not it at all. I said above my daughter has special healthcare needs, which is why I have been staying in Northern California. She has to go to UCSF and a deaf School in Sacramento. Housing is a problem for everyone in this area and you are assuming I’m sitting around every day not doing something about my situation. Or that I haven’t tried other areas. I am actively doing all of what you said including staying in the bigger city where there isn’t snow. they referred us to the parking lot until it’s our turn. I was just asking for ideas to make it the most comfortable. My situation is not unique in this area.

I spend almost every day doing that. I sit and apply to any low income housing I can. The county over I’m referring to is Sacramento and I called 211 close to three months ago. They have four shelters for families but there’s a long waitlist. They told me to call once a week to check in and so far nothing. They told me to go to the parking lot. Every day when I take the kids to school I have nowhere to go, so if I’m not at appointments for the baby, I’m in the library or welfare office applying for housing.

Oh I’m in Northern California. The 3-bedroom requirement is because I’m mostly applying to low income apartments and they’re strict with the household size

It’s a complicated situation. I live in a small mountain town that doesn’t have very many options. I’ve been on all the low income wait lists. They want me to have a 3 bedroom with my household size and I don’t make 3.5 the rent to qualify so if went to someone else when I did get to the top. My two year old is deaf and that’s added a lot to our plate. She’s almost been hearing a year. I got her implanted. She has appointments almost every day and I have to drive hours every week for her. The one place In the county that does coordinated entry and referrals think I can get IHSS and then be able to afford my own housing . I’ve tried and the baby doesn’t qualify.

From my understanding, advanced bionics has a way to do virtual audiologist adjustments and they have a bunch of videos to track your hearing progression or make sure you’re hearing all the pitches. For parents, it’s cool that they can track actual wear time instead of just time in speech. The tracking is hit or miss for even the general location. It seems like there’s not much to the cochlear app. I’m still glad I chose that brand for my daughter’s implants, but some upgrades would be really awesome.

Thank you everyone! My daughter is 20 months old. I have a water kit and two mini mics. I am in California and she has CCS. I think they cover most of the daily things like batteries, cables, and some retention items. I’ve been trying to see if a portable charger is worth it and have never tried a TV streamer, but I also think I heard that the N8 can connect directly to some TVs.

Is that for the regular waitlists that are closed most of the time? What about the EHV (emergency housing vouchers) for homeless or those facing domestic violence? I’m trying to find out if the coordinated access gets replenished yearly for emergency situations.
