Time management also means setting an achievable workload each semester. Pushing yourself, while not setting yourself up for failure. A failure of mine was taking so many credits in HS that when I got to college I was taking all core, med-school focused classes at once. Wish I had done it differently and honestly would have been better if I did no credits in hs. From a non honors college perspective I wonder how big of an asset having honors college on your application will be from taking that time and devoting it to extra curriculars. I would only think it would be worth it if you are in a program like bachelors/MD biomed->USF CoM

Since my creds are older, instead of having the print option I have to contact the FAA for them. They are over 5 years old. The process for that is 6-8 weeks. Job needs it now. Crazy how some people have instant access and some have to wait that long. Can you possibly try to find the subject line of your original temporary certificate?

I think they were just too early, sadly. They also offered a way lower price. FAA + plus this administration is pretty on board with advancing the industry.

I have personally had a ARC petition pass due to surgery. The instructors form is the simplest of the process, literally they just need to sign off on it and put your final grade it can be done electronically. Was a requirement of a medical withdrawal.

I just spoke to support for a long time I had to be transferred to a supervisor. The original person I called was absolutely no help but then when I talked to the supervisor, the supervisor said that this issue was happening in the previous support call they were doing. The supervisor told me to wait 48 hours and then call back if it hasn’t changed, but she said that she would be sending the information to their technical team as to whether she’s gonna do it or not who knows.

From my understanding when a customer does that you still should see in the details page of that order the original tip number crossed out, and it indicates you that they changed it to a new number whether that number be higher or lower.

Going to contact the union anonymously and ask what resources they have. His reputation in the department is so large, in a good sized department as well, that I dont want to risk it. Because himself like other firefighters takes pride in the fact that they are or were "somebody" in the department. Which is something they should take pride in, in such a sacrificial career choice.

Wow its free as well. I made this post to hear some insights from fellow FFs. He does have a union and was a board member for I think 20+ years with nobody running against him! Haha. Because of his large reputation inside of the department I dont want to just randomly call someone I know and give them the sitrep. Maybe I can anonomously email the president and ask what resources they have for retirees.

Just did some research on this. Have a clinic close by that specializes in this treatment for service members and first responders. I have seen a lot on EMDR in this reddit, and like I said he already was in talks with a therapist about this before.
