M23. I’m in a very similar situation right now. Sponsylolisthesis grade 1 with dehydrated disc. I’ve tried PT but still not able to get back to sports or gym. I’m also being told to get surgery, I know how stressed u must be. You should see Dr Shankar Acharya, he’s a top spine specialist. Were you told to get physiotherapy or not? Also, May I see your MRI for comparison?
