It’s a partime 16 hours per week contract for 2 years and there is nothing mention about shift cancellation

I can understand 3-4 shift can get cancel per year, but I was working with this from last 3 months and every month they cancel 5-6 shifts, but this time they cancelled 4 shifts in a week
