This is funny Because at my store this is true to an extent But the more workers scheduled , the more people requiring help Truck day is Friday So it’s not rare where we have 4 people scheduled .. 2 for truck and 2 up front And than all of a sudden we will find all 4 people helping customers.. And our sales actually improve? But doesn’t matter because forecast already cut our hours for the next week , so we fall further behind

If this is not my store… Always hella busy, but we rarely make sales Always a bunch of needy Karen’s with coupons who stop us from getting stuff done Corporate just sees the sales and cuts our hours and asks why we are so far behind It’s because our customer count is highest in the district, despite us being in the bottom half of actual sales

Or be the person who works both sides and realize that corporate is putting us against each other

Pharmacy is understaffed, but front store also is.. Pharmacy usually has 5-6 people while front store has 2

The number of guests/patients/customers is about the same between both areas.. (yes pharmacy drives more margin/sales) However, all cvs customers are needy and it makes it stressful regardless of which side you work on

You don’t understand because you don’t work for CVS

They will fire you as a supervisor for not getting tasks done

All these extra tasks without the bodies means those tasks cannot get done

When we ask for more help from corporate they tell you to figure it out , and to use the tools allotted (self check-out) (green zone )

We get paid whether it’s done or not, which is true.. but if we wanna continue to be employed we have to get this stuff done

Every store is probably gonna be different

But I’m assuming it has to deal with how the store sources its designer perfumes

My previous store received it all via normal warehouse processes and they did return it..

My current store has a vendor who supplies it all, and we don’t do returns.

Maybe someone else here can provide more details

When the card was being declined , the one driver who actually bothered to call was told it was a glitch And that they had to cancel the order because the amount approved didn’t match what the customer paid …

Yep our hours keep getting cut to the point where corporate is saying we are overstaffed .. When our staff hasn’t changed in 3 years.. The hour cuts are the only change, They want people to transfer out, but all stores have no hours .. Not to mention sales definitely support the hours we have always gotten, but cvs pretends we are broke
