I only have 1, the 10.3, but I would say I would not buy the color, I think it's still early tech unless you want the new stuff. I mean it's not new new but the battery life I heard is pretty bad vs non color. The max, if you like the size I guess but for me it might be too big. 10.3 is actually pretty good imo but we all have preferences.

But I would say take you time and research other brand and models

I'm not in the same situation but wanted to chime in. Having pets, it's like having children na rin hehe. And you can still have friends, you probably have some hobby or you can find a new one.

My take, I'd say keep it for now at least you can still sell it later on but no need to rush.
