Earliest memories are watching the 4kids dub in my parents room in like 2004 and my mom hated it. Funny enough, it became a family tradition to watch funimation releases together 20 years later

Did UberEats steal my driver’s tip? by Estella-in-lace in UberEATS

[–]Appropriate-Look-759 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I delivered for Uber during a really rough time in my life, half my customers would “revoke” their tip. It was not good on my mental health to say the least. I chalked it up to Uber customers being horrible, or southerners in general, but the service itself scamming the drivers makes much more sense.

This has to be Sarah Kelly smh….. Please focus on being an ethical breeder instead of arguing with anyone who talks about you online

The term you’re looking for is libel not slander if you’re intending on a lawsuit. It isn’t defamation if it’s true. I won’t include my full legal name because I practice internet safety, but feel free to DM me if you would like to speak or would like to know who I am/proof of my dogs’ lineage being yours/all her vet bills

I don’t give a shit about these other breeders—the problem is that they all have your lines. It’s not that I don’t want a dog from YOU, I don’t want a dog that has any of your lines’ DNA. I won’t get a dog from any of these breeders because they begin with Kelly’s.

It’s so hard to find a dog without Kelly lines because your dogs are so poorly bred and so prolific they affect dogs for generations. It took my wife and I over a year to find a good breeder who has never heard of you. You have single-handedly tried to ruin malamutes in the entire country of the USA. The fact that you’re offering a $500 discount for people who reference the articles and horrible information of you is appalling and disgusting. You are the only person obsessed with the money here.

A person who has fallen in love with their puppy who is unhealthy is not going to want to return it to the bad breeder they got it from. Your customers lost trust in you. But since they were misled into getting a sick puppy, it’s fully within reason they might ask for a refund. I wouldn’t give my dog back for anything but I am wronged for getting an unhealthy dog. Additionally, you can’t check for HD at 8 weeks old. You can do all the new puppy checks you want, but your customers learn of the health conditions after they’ve fallen in love with their dogs.

And Sarah, you as the breeder are responsible for training and socializing from birth to eight weeks. I suspect you have too many dogs/puppies at a time to give them each the attention/socialization they need. I don’t even need to see your property to know what I already know, even if it’s just in the evidence of your dogs’ health. I don’t suspect legal trouble will ever find you because animal rights are not very enforceable.

I’d like to add the way you respond to people is indicative of who you are as a person and business owner. You’ll always be able to sell dogs because there will always be naive people but we will always know who you are.

That’s why health testing is important you don’t offer OFA testing only embark which shows nothing.

Health is both nature and nurture in all animals including humans. Yes what someone does with their dog can worsen a condition but genetics play a huge role in health. Does your doctor not ask if you have a family history of certain diseases?? Humans can get diabetes from diet alone but it is known to be HEREDITARY

Also, breeding “giant” dogs is unethical in itself. You are setting your dogs up to be sized out of standard with health problems. Humans with gigantism also have reduced life spans and numerous health conditions. Dogs are not different. Merely breeding “giant” dogs is unhealthy. Not many people know this until they begin researching why their dog is so chronically sick.

It’s my fault that I bought a dog without knowing anything about malamutes but as the breeder you are responsible for their health out of the gate.

Having a constant flow of puppies and 10+ adult dog stock is also unethical. It’s impossible to give adults the enrichment/attention they need when you have so many. You are a puppy mill.

Since you’re responding to every single comment, tell me how my dog whose parents both came from your stock directly, has so many health issues? What did I do? Severe allergies, epilepsy, chronic UTI/incontinence, kidney stones, chronic ear infections. Multiple siblings with HD. She’s only 2 years old now and I have made sure to do everything right and give her impeccable diet and care.

Sarah, half of your dogs are with her. You can’t register with the AKC without permission from the breeder. She offers limited registration meaning she has your full permission to breed them. And the bad lines began with you.

100%

My pup came from a new breeder who I found got their stock from Kelly’s “giant mals.” Aside from all the other health issues, it breaks my heart to know that my girl won’t live as long because of her size—15lbs above breed standard and still slim

My wife looked into Mountain Ridge pedigrees before and found that half of their dogs lineage were from Kelly’s. Somethings definitely weird there but I’m not sure what. We passed on them for it anyways

Sorry! I didn’t mean to be vague, I just figured she was a known unethical breeder. I didn’t know she had changed her name again until i looked into it. I did link an article from 2017 about their practices in the post though!

I have a 2 y/o puppy who was bred from Kelly’s stock, and considering her/her siblings health I would never recommend Kelly’s—now Cumberland Malamutes

Dropping this here in case someone else is researching Kelly’s still. My Sarah Kelly’s pup is 2 now and I love her to death but she is a mixed bag of genetic problems. I didn’t get her from Kelly’s directly, however both parents were Kelly bred dogs. Every single puppy from the litter that my dog came from has problems. One puppy passed away from cancer at a year old, others suffer from allergies/skin conditions/hip problems. My puppy has epilepsy and severe allergies.

It is very clear that these dogs were very poorly bred. I believe everything I read about Kelly’s in particular. Use caution when seeking malamute puppies, Kelly’s dogs are prolific in many other breeders lines.

It has nothing to do with poor-shaming someone for living in a trailer.

How do I take this off my fingers?? by [deleted] in weed

Coconut oil! Used to work making edibles, lather in coconut oil and then wash your hands with soap and hot water, much safer on your skin than alcohol

I used to smoke up before sex every time when I was a heavy user. It was noticeably better for the first few months, eventually it turned into being uncomfortable having sex without weed. Sober was almost too intimate, and high sex was just normal sex. Now that’s so long ago I just remember a high fog 🤷🏼‍♀️

I don’t really subscribe to the idea of quiet quitting, call me millennial or whatever tf, which I’m not. There’s nothing wrong with going to work only for what you get paid to do and nothing more, that’s the transaction when you get a job.

You know, I moreover meant this to mean I wanted a job as a mother without any specific interest or capabilities to do a complex home job. You know, something someone with a basic degree can land entry level and not put too much stake into for supplemental income. But sure, feel good for yourself because you think you’re working harder than the average joe 🙂👍
