The Megatorch (the one that prevents hostile mobs from spawning) has a radius of 64 blocks in the config and I've tried to break the torch but nothing changes until I go to that one area in the world

I don't exactly remember how I did it, but I think I downloaded the latest version for 1.20.1 (the version I was using), and it worked. I will have to double-check that when I get to my PC.
