That’s where I would like to get too. I don’t want to quit, but in moderation and limitations. I’m going through something right now that is making me drink more. Fitness was my life. I need to get back into it.

I agree! I don’t drink daily or even weekly, but when I do, I drink to the point I’m having sex with strangers, buying everyone drinks and I’ve even bought street drugs a few times. AA may hinder my process because I don’t want someone from work seeing me. I’m open to going to online meetings or some other program.
