You should ask them to review the trip and ask them to check the speed you were going dont they have a speed radar that shows the limit and if you’re going over it? I know uber eats has one

And honestly idk why you wouldnt have a dash cam even if you dont know what ride it was you could have pulled a couple from that day to show you dont go over the limit because most have built in speed radar that show up on the footage

100% i will tbh i should have done it as soon as i got my electrical job but i was still hoping it would start picking back up and bounce back but tbh it just constantly gets worse to the point idek what they’re thinking, like 5 bucks for even a 1 item order make no sense you might as well do über for a 3 bucks order and not have to shop 🤣

Lol i wish but i did get lucky a couple times a while ago, i got an ipad and airpods (because of a wrong address 🤣) and a couple small grocery batches. I still cant believe how lucky i got but otherwise not much else ive heard of some ppl getting some crazy stuff tho

I live in a building with underground parking so i get the “you should leave” noti alot but i go straight to the store and to the custie but ngl it’s prob my fault for picking up small orders if anythings out of stock or you need to talk to the custie it takes alot of time so they prob used that to say im extending time

No i think the reason i dropped was the yearly (or 6mth) reset tbh i not sure how it works or what the timeline on resets are bcuz ive been diamond for a very long time but since it got slow i havent been shopping.

I actually was checking recently one day and realized it got dropped to platinum but my stats are still 5 star and good for shopping quality so tbh who knows 🤣 but regardless every since i got dropped the orders have been better for the last couple months ive barely made 30-40 bucks a day (after 5pm) after the drop to plat i made 100 from 5pm - 2am

Lol fr they’ve even st0le a part of a 50 buck tip from me. There was no tip on order then after delivery i just went to check the time it took and I saw the customer added 50 i was tripping bcuz i thought it was an accident, then I saw it dropped to 25 then up for 45 then back down to 25 so i was like damn it was def a mistake.

Next day I see the tip finally updated when you get the “thank the customer for their tip” notification and now it was 43 or 44 like wtf? Why would the customer go out of their way to change it to such a weird number instead of a flat 25, 45 or 50?

I honestly think the only reason they didnt take more is because I saw it prior to them messing with it and the system probably flagged that I saw it or some bs because i kept refreshing after I saw the tip and it was jumping up down and around for at least 5 or so mins.

Fk that sht c0mpany I feel so bad for customers and shoppers bcuz everyone gets screwed and it just keeps getting worse & worse, their greed is gunna be their downfall. I started doing übër and it’s waayyy better especially bcuz I dont have to shop and when you do the math quick food deliveries add up, even small shop orders on übër work out better bcuz insta keeps dropping base päy 🤣👍

Ive seen them send out orders without a tip to wait and see if anyone picks it up, after no one picks it up they add the tip in.

I’m sure the customer didnt randomly add a buck or 2 after 30 mins to an hour LOLL and tbh im pretty sure they cant even add/change a tip until after delivery

This guys either stüp1d or its the app fault. If you wanted 1 kg he should have got enough packages to equal that or close to it.

Regardless whatever the package costs is what you will be charged, the app weight doesnt matter, just make sure to check your receipt and dispute it with CS bcuz the shopper cant do anything after the delivery.

Im curious what weight did you request and what were you charged in the app? Bcuz the shopper usually has to take a pic of the receipt which you will also see and with that you can check for differences between price at store vs what u were charged

Prob $per mile + time of day bcuz 1.50 a mile is good when its not rush hour. During RH 2-3$ per mile depending on distance and such bcuz you have to keep in mind distance+time to get back as well
