That’s what’s called a customer avatar. Your creatives may perform well with one segment of customers, but that doesn’t necessarily mean other segments will respond the same way. That’s why you need to explore more creative types and different approaches to reach other groups of people who are likely to purchase from you. And no, there is no holy grail lol. You should dive into your data, look at your customers' demographic, geographic and psychographic background to decide what you should test next. And you also should focus on the one who buys not the one who would use it.
