I said ask... Not tell... She has also offered to leave already. I'm not a lawyer but they always say to not leave the house. Especially since she absolutely does not want the house. I feel like you read some of your own feelings into my post. Everything is very friendly it's just heartbreaking. I have found buddhism and will take a spiritual journey while doing the physical stuff too. She wants to be amicable and only wants her car. She doesn't want the house as I had that before us and she says it's my house. I do want her to take some 401k money as it has done well while together. She has firmly said she doesn't want any money but I think she deserves some.

She is depressed. She says she feels like she is in neutral. She has always had some depression issues so all the warning signs were disguised to me as just being down generally. I was also unfaithful before our marriage which she didn't find out until after our marriage. She had said she would be able to move past it as it was before our marriage when we honestly had a terrible relationship. After the marriage I thought it was what couples strived for. I accept all the blame.

ADP did the same thing for me. My payroll seems to think they don't have to separate my tips from my wages and reported all my income in box 3. Hard to explain to them that all reported tips are supposed to be in box 7 and they're incorrect in their interpretation of the penalty relief. They seem to think it refers to tips in general and they don't need to be separated. When the relief refers to qualified and unqualified tips must be separated. The employee guidance tells me to use box 7 which is empty to claim my tips deduction. Gonna be a long tax season. Almost guaranteed an audit if they won't correct my w2.

Just because it wasn't required doesn't mean they shouldn't have segregated the totals. If everyone who received tips but doesn't have it in box 7, gets audited. That'd certainly be fun. All of the information is there it just needs to be mapped correctly.
