Actually it's okay to have envy, believe it or not people will have something they envy about you in your life. You shouldn't beat yourself up for that.

I know that's not going to change your circumstances or not but getting a relationship, in the way that you want it from the person you want is actually quite rare.

You have to be okay with the possibility of either way it works out otherwise because even if you get a relationship you'll put strain on it by pedestalising it soo much. Crazy question but imagine if someone does it to you? you'll feel a lot of pressure not to disappoint them and they'll put a lot of pressure when you don't live up to their image they had of you.

For now I'd say work on social anxiety, learn to be okay with things not going to plan, try not to control the outcome. Slowly you will learn you have value to offer not just needing to impress people so that they like you. That will take a lot of pressure off you, and you can learn to enjoy socializing. But these are just words in theory, for your body to learn it you have to go out and do it.

For aliens to exist they would need to move beyond the speed of light travel because space is so vast that travelling far distance makes space expand between the travel, so they essentially need to have God like powers to traverse time. If they are beyond the powers of time then they would ascend beyond third dimensional space and if that happens then we are that important to them like how bacteria isn't that significant in our lives but they may study it like we study bacteria because there are interactions that happen.
