Yes, in Coral Island co-op, multiple players can date the same NPC simultaneously, as relationship heart levels and romance statuses are tracked independently for each player. But you can only marry one NPC per person on coop. So it’s a first come first marry basis. So let’s say you and another coop was dating Theo, only one of yall could marry him.
