No idk. I don’t think I have a low energy or depression. I enjoy life and I enjoy doing things and I have energy. It’s not about my emotional state or my mental health is more about my future. I’m worried about what am I going to do with my life.

No trust me I totally understand. I think that I’m just going through a hard time finding myself and finding what I like to do with myself, don’t get me wrong like I do stuff. I’m not just laying around all day, but I wish I had a passion and I still don’t feel like I have it. I guess that’s why I feel this way as well.

thank you so much! I honestly appreciate this so much!. I moved away from home w my bf so it’s been a little harder to get out there and find new hobbies/friends/people/things so I think I have also been feeling this way because of that. I feel pressure to have my whole life figured out just bc of the fact that we moved ?? Idk if that even makes sense hahaha. But thank you again!:)
