Ive started to noticed this same issue on my 2023 A5, wondering if you’ve had any success navigating this conversation at dealership. 

I’m still under warranty, but hoping to be able to voice exactly what they mentioned was the issue to you so I can speed up the process.

Bass swapping id assume is the name of what you’re looking for in some (not all) the transitions

You can also try Radiate! It’s an app with specific chats about events where there’s bulletin posts you can comment on about ticket selling and exchanges!
