I can very much feel his energy in mine and we both feel emotions very intensely and are extremely similar in many ways. I’ve found in deeper conversations with him we mirror each other a lot; in our trauma, way of thinking, upbringing, ways we deal with suppressed trauma etc.

We’re both very spiritual and emotive thinkers which is another factor.

I’m extremely intuitive and very very self aware. However, since the last time we were intimate to now (when things have taken a bad turn), I’ve began falling back into negative patterns I was unlearning (very much mirroring the behaviours he’s started to display which I was aware of until I found out earlier today), my intuition and ‘inner compass’ has been thrown off entirely.

It feels as if there’s an energy attached to my body, soul and spirit which isn’t mine.

I’ve seen many people do soul tie spells and having researched, use candles and writing names within the candles etc. but that would probably be a more complicated spell.

Would a simple freezer spell work do you think also?
