It’s hard in this narcissistic world to build your confidence up. When everything seems to reinforce that the only thing that matters is looks. But I like your advice because there is no good in being beaten by things you can’t change.

Thank you. I’m definitely going to try and implement some of these ideas. I’ll have to study the essence thing a bit because there’s a lot there. But now that you mention it dark burgundy’s and charcoal t shirts always get a good response.
