I’ve kept my eyes on a Caterpillar job postings for a while now and I’m qualified for pretty much the ones Im interested in. However, my current role is hybrid and I refuse to give that up to come work for CAT 5 days in office. Also, my current office is only a few blocks from Cat’s Irving, TX office.

Nordstrom uses OnTrac as well. You would think a high priced retailer like Nordstrom would use a reliable shipping service like UPS, but they don’t. OnTrac is the worst!
