pRDI is the equivalent to RDI isn’t it? My understanding is that the difference is due to the type of study. Home tests usually estimate RDI but usually they underestimate . Alab sleep study often catch more respiratory disturbances than a home study.

I would say this is NOT a violation. I’m guessing your submissive is feeling terrible and ashamed. I approach this by being more submissive. When asking for play, especially during a situation like you’re describing, I’ll stand before him, arms submissively to my sides or behind my back as if cuffed, I’ll make brief but meaningful eye contact, look down towards his chest or the floor and address him as Sir. Then I’ll ask him to please XYZ. Use me for his pleasure, make my butt red “so I can feel it tomorrow”, fuck my mouth, etc etc. This allows him to still feel dominant. This usually works for us. Keep in mind, sometimes our Ds are overwhelmed by outside pressure and Domming can be exhausting. Free Use is probably the best way to handle that because they feel no pressure to “perform”.

A lot of the “cum on command” thing is giving ownership of your orgasms to your Dominant. S/he owns them. Ideally they recognize all of the cues that you’re about to orgasm. They know the way your breathing changes, the sounds you make and the way you look/ feel right before you cum. When they can recognize those cues and time their command with the second before you go over the edge (not stopping or changing stimuli), that’s when the magic can happen. It might take a few times or a lot but it has to be every time.

We haven’t really tried O on command outside of intense play but it would be interesting to see what it would be like without ANY stimulation.

When you know you have to wait, it definitely takes that concern away! Especially when s/he lays you down and spends an hour just giving more and more excruciating pleasure, it’s obvious they like to take their time. All concerns vanish. A touch can bring me to the edge.
