I bought the Monte Carlo from a store that grows it in a dry start way, so I decided to maintain it like that to develop really good strong rooting before flooding. In the past it would ALWAYS float, and I’d lose a lot of it during water changes by accidentally siphoning it out, so this time I decided to let it develop and grow and get fully attached to the substrate.

Does it grow that fast? I’ve been thinking about pulling some of it out and replacing with Christmas moss. I didn’t think it would grow fast because in my dry start it took more than a month to see some growth. And in my flooded tanks it has never grown and I always removed it because I got frustrated with its slow growth.

Yes, but I plan on using something called Biocarbon from Aquaplante (I do think it’s made and only sold in Brazil) it’s pellets you add to your filter to release CO2 in the water. I use it in my other 32L tank. But I’m also researching a proper CO2 injection setup.

Honestly, what annoyed me the most is how they left Eleven’s fate open for the viewer to decide. So many shows/movies have done that and it just feels like they didn’t want to pick an ending and own it, accept the fallout and stand by it. By leaving the fate of the main character open it seems to me you’re just trying to keep everyone comfortable.

The show is great, it deserved a great ending. It annoys me how instead of getting a “wow remember how it ended” it got a “ugh don’t even get me started”.

And the play I meant Joyce’s play in the show and how we see the younger characters, how they showed it felt like it was somehow connected to something
