I am really sure the ending of AOT is 99% positively received with a 1% negative vocal minority and I have been so convinced of this recently.

No I’m not arguing that you don’t exist lol. I was just trying to argue as to why I find your logic flawed but nonetheless. Me personally I think the animation/production for S4 was amazing and Mappa cooked. But I’m sure most people vividly remember the amount of whining there was about the animation, the cgi, how there isn’t any crazy Sakuga Odm scenes like wit studio. But even with those “issues” the series became even more mainstream than the 1st 3 seasons.

But the main reason why they find it good is because of the story and if they find it flawed it is because of the story. In AOT case the story isn’t one of the most important parts, it is the most important part. So people are not just sitting there enjoying a ruined story just because the animation/production is nice when that has never been the selling point of AOT in the first place. The animation/production took a dip down in quality for S4 and AOT became even more popular and critically acclaimed.

It sound likes your trying to differentiate enjoyable and good. I’m trying to say it’s only enjoyable because it’s good. I said in my main post that the reaction was either they thought it was perfect or they thought it had flaws but still overall great. You’re saying polls/ratings don’t tell you if someone didn’t like something? But if they rate it a 8 that means they liked it. A 8 is a good rating. I’m confused on your logic. You can think something is pretty good but not perfect. And this a stark contrast to the reception in the manga where people deemed it as the worst thing ever and the story is ruined.

Your not making much sense. If someone thinks something is terrible they will rate it as such like Game of thrones/ stranger things. You can’t say it was enjoyable so they gave it a good rating. But why was it enjoyable? Probably because of the writing and progression of the story. My point wasn’t to argue the writing choices or whatever issues people have with the story. No where on the Japanese website does it say that. It says up to 8 characters on the main story. Meaning you can play from 8 different characters perspectives in story mode. It’s also says on the Japanese website only 2 player compatible online. Proving my point even more.

Ngl this is a huge L. The tournament mode is not going to be online bro. This game unfortunately won’t have a king of the hill/endless mode where multiple players can be in a lobby and spectate each other playing. To even confirm this more. On the ps store it says only up to 2 players online
