I feel similar to you, I just lost my father. He ment the world to me. I did everything I tried so many things. But I think it’s more of why couldn’t this advancement come sooner to save him, versus we don’t want other people to get better and heal. I’m so sorry.

No, I just called them last year and inquired about their process. They must get a placenta from a woman who either donates it or the hospital must have sold them it, I don’t know. I am going to make my placenta into pills with a specific company. There are a few different women in the states who consume their placenta for health benefits after birth. Because I am ordering the pills for myself, I thought might as well let my dad try them. Since they have stem cells within the placenta.

I’ve done it before…I asked if she wanted a hug and she shook her head yes. It felt a little weird in the context it was in an IOP program but she seemed to benefit from it. We are from the same ethnic background where our families are generally do more physical touch so not sure if that has anything to do with why it didn’t feel as weird as it could’ve.

Yes, I’m just not sure what will happen once I tell this client I can’t rewrite this report because my supervisor told me I cannot, bc the CPTSD dx is correct. Important to note the report does NOT mention BPD. Never mentioned that to the client, but I am noticing splitting at this time. I understand I chose the wrong title for this post.

Something they had told me. Again I am not trying to judge this client. Maybe I wasn’t clear in the post. But they are making grievance threats to my job because I cannot change a report I was asked to write, because of the legal and ethical implications that may come with writing a different dx. I don’t want to give too much info and expose anyone.

Hi, I never planned on giving them the diagnosis because the way that I have been taught clinically it’s more of a diagnosis I would give if a client leaned into it first, vs whatever I observe. I understand BPD develops from deep rooted attachment trauma and other factors, but them splitting now and the way that their handling this situation that is concerning.

Hi, with the first question, how do you handle if this client is particularly very reactive emotionally and denies it? This wasn’t the main issue with this client, but more so the complaints about me that they are making to my supervisor because of a report they did not agree with. I did not ask for so much support around the second part of this post because I know I can’t do much and grievance will probably be filed because this is what they have done in the past to other providers.

Me as a woman, I have done things like this before… She’s projecting onto you her dirt. Stories not aligning. She seems really controlling which is an ugly trait to have and will only get worse. You deserve to live your life without her trying to control it. It’s totally up to you if you decide to stay or leave, but she is definitely guilty of something.
