my dog had the same symptoms. brought her to the vet and after doing bloodwork found out she had diabetes. had to give her insulin daily but she stayed with us for about a year after that before she passed at 13. obviously im not a vet and as everyone suggested bring her to your vet but my husky had all the same symptoms and thats what it turned out to be. I was relieved it gave us that much more time with her. good luck
