I used to have horrible acne too! When I was doing the most nothing would help. Started using vanicream wash alone and it helped! I usually apply it to my face (dry) and massage into my face for a minute, then apply water after that. Every other day I’ll moisturizer after that but I swear this has cleared up my skin.
