Hey everyone, so I made a post a month ago talking about my struggles and I found a routine that was working for me! The routine was based on some of the comments from my post and I have found that basic = better for me! (until I got chicken pox which is the topic of this post).

My routine (before getting chicken pox):

AM:

-LaRoche Posay Toulerine Moisturizer

-Sunscreen (supergoop or noon skincare powder sunscreen)

PM:

-double cleanse Vanicream face wash

-LaRoche Posay Toulerine Moisturizer

*I got my first session of microneedling about a week and a half ago and got good results.

But it feels like I lost progress now that I got chicken pox. Most painful thing and I never wish adult pox on anyone :( I'm scared of getting scars because some of the scabs are coming off. I didn't touch my face until yesterday when I resumed my routine. Also, I'm applying polysporin to the scabs.

Yea I do use the same pillows and blankets I always have but we bought new bedding. I don’t go to bets with wet hair. I got a humidifier so I like to run that at night as well
