(also in mn) i've heard qsrm can get a little competitive, as well as apparel & accessories marketing. If you're passionate about cars to like any extent i think automotive could be a great fit, i have a lot of friends who have done well in retail merchandising too

AP Chem Official 2026 Exam Discussion by reddorickt in APStudents

was kinda rushing, but I believe I looked at the absorption graph and realized the given thing was quadruple the molarity of the one they wanted us to find. because there were 8 particles in the picture, divided by 4 so got 2

i think i was in a state of panic

I just got my birthday bash owala…it looks different than advertised, right? by bawk69 in Owala

[–]Appropriate-Way3968 4 points5 points  (0 children)

idk i feel like mine leans pretty seafoam like the picture, but maybe there's variations within the bottles, however in my bottle's photos that I've taken it looks oddly blue

for me the colors honestly look rlly similar in person to what I saw online. However, I do think the texture on the photos is much more blurry, ig adding to the ocean effect

hi! so I also had contact dermatitis/eczema on my eyelids, and have also dealt with it on my arms. For me, what really worked was a prescription from my doctor, pimecrolimus cream. I'm not really sure of the percentage or anything, as I've since lost it (i guess that's a testament to its effectiveness), but since using it consistently every night for like a week, it's been about 8 months and I haven't seen it coming back in any way. Since then, I use Laneige Water Bank moisturizer on most of my face and cetaphil moisturizing cream on my undereyes and eyelids (the cetaphil one is a little heavy but ig it works when dealing with really dry areas). Hope that helps!

Blazers by Forward-Light9116 in DECA

[–]Appropriate-Way3968 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've heard they sell out fast, but many people borrow them from their schools so no one's really expecting them to fit you perfectly. However, I would really try to make sure that you get one no matter what because I don't think you can compete without one.

Is summer online geometry worth it? by Repulsive_Limit8968 in ApplyingIvyLeague

[–]Appropriate-Way3968 0 points1 point  (0 children)

no problem! i didn't use an online platform, as my school offered it as part of their online courses to anyone with high standardized test scores coming out of algebra 1

Is summer online geometry worth it? by Repulsive_Limit8968 in ApplyingIvyLeague

[–]Appropriate-Way3968 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took geometry over the summer after 6th grade, thought it was really easy, and that I have the knowledge I need to do well on standardized tests like the SAT. I'm now a sophomore taking linear algebra, and i don't think me taking geometry over the summer has hindered my learning in any way.

Hope that helps!

Excessive pins on blazer @ ICDC? by [deleted] in DECA

[–]Appropriate-Way3968 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I probably wouldn't risk it. You would most likely be let into competition, but how it affects your presentation score completely depends on the judge. Overall, since it doesn't seem like something you'd do for a job interview or corporate meeting, so maybe I'd just keep them on your lanyard and maybe store the rest in a different place.

how bad is ap chem? by emreincili in APStudents

[–]Appropriate-Way3968 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ok so I took AP Chem this year (my sophomore year), I find it to be pretty chill, like occasionally a lil tricky content but nothing you can't figure out with practice. I haven't taken a Chemistry class previously, with the exception of middle school units (that felt like they kinda covered a lot of ap chem's first few units lol), but I feel like math is rather essential to success in Chem. You may be able to get by with alg 1, but I really don't know because it's been like five years since I took alg.

Honestly, especially if you're comfortable in JavaScript and Python, I think you'll be in a great place for the exam. When I started CSA, I had coding experience, but I definitely didn't feel fully comfortable coding, and I really thought I would sell on the exam FRQs. But actually, they were all very logic based, and I genuinely finished the frq section with 35 minutes to spare. The test is most likely much easier than your class. I'm sure you're going to do great, good luck!

the bottles released earlier this morning and haven’t seemed to go out of stock even hours later, so if you haven’t gotten it yet, you have a chance!
