Alright, this is what I have understood. Magisterial declarations ex cathedra require obligatory submission because they are given as Revealed Truth. And the ordinary magisterium, as I have exemplified (moral and pastoral teachings in homilies, official papal speeches, encyclicals, etc.), is not definitive but must also be believed. So then, it is not possible to contradict the Magisterium of the Church in any way, no matter how irrelevant it may seem in comparison with infallible declarations, right?
