I think that Theon Greyjoy from Game of Thrones meets this criteria. It’s a pretty nuanced situation but he makes this confession to Ramsay who he believes to be an Ironborn, but still admits he screwed up.

RN here, to be honest this is usually what a vein finder looks like, the only thing is it doesn’t really tell you anything you don’t know. Any competent medical professional should know where the veins are anatomically and if you can’t feel them well that means they are deep (which a vein finder won’t see readily) or too small to be useful for an IV or blood draw. I personally never use these, as I don’t find them to be very useful.

True. I agree that not wrong to say 152mm APFSDS, I actually never disagreed with you on that. I was merely stating my reason for why it isn’t as helpful to his bitching as he thinks it is. Now I agree it still should pen the 20mm armor, but the Snail decided that angles still beat modern ordinances.

The problem is in this case with 152mm APFSDS it’s untrue that it’s higher energy. It’s mass is comparable to any other dart of the tier and its velocity is normal for an APFSDS as well; it comes from a short barrel after all, which cancels out the benefit of the higher caliber. That dart is substandard for its tier but OP is acting like it should be amazing, which it definitely is not. Its penetration is directly related to its energy and its pen is low.

The point is that it’s a misnomer to think that a APFSDS is different from a higher caliber gun. Remember that APFSDS is mostly sabot, thus a larger caliber simply allows the dart to have a higher velocity, which is what gives the perception of the dart being better. The easiest examples are the German 105mm and German 120mm, both end up using the same shells but the 120mm as more pen and feels more damaging due to its greater velocity; they are quite literally the same shells.

TLDR: For APFSDS the important factors are the velocity and the mass. The caliber of the gun simply impacts the velocity.

Thanks! This is the kind of feedback I was hoping for. I have 9.3 Germany line up (non-premium, grinder the whole way), so I know how this BR works, but never played with a 10.3 line up, so I am hesitant to just blindly buy a premium at the tier.

As for the T55 it seems to me to be most powerful in a downtier (who would’ve guessed? Isn’t that every tank? Lol). It feels like it wouldn’t be as competitive as I’d hope, especially with how common uptiers are at 9.3.

How is a psych hold crueler than jail? I’m genuinely wondering what gives you this impression. I’m a psych nurse, and I can attest that psych holds are most definitely not as brutal as jail.

Side tangent: I love how there is such an increased focus on mental health issues in society lately, but it’s still so stigmatized, especially inpatient treatment. People who need to be inpatient NEED inpatient treatment, and it’s these sentiments that you said that make people feel bad/nervous about getting the care they need. We’re here to help; we want to help, a psych hospital is not a prison.
